Delete My Account

Request deletion of your account and your data.

My VPF is operated by MyVPF LLC. My VPF accounts are created inside the app by your organization — there’s no public sign-up — so before we delete anything, we confirm the request really comes from the account holder.

Two ways to delete your account

In the app. Your agency owner or admin can remove your account from Admin → Roster (choose Delete permanently on your row). This is the fastest way if you can reach them.

This form. If you’d rather not go through your organization, use the form below to ask My VPF support to delete your account.

Agency owners and admins. Deleting an owner or admin account also involves your agency’s subscription and roster, so email support@myvpf.app directly and we’ll handle it with you.

Request deletion

Enter the email address on your MyVPF account below. We’ll reply to that address within seven business days to confirm the request before we delete anything — this keeps someone else from requesting deletion of your account.

What gets deleted

Your profile and login, the activity and stats you’ve logged, the messages you’ve sent in team chat, and any prospect or client contacts you’ve added while canvassing or using a digital business card — unless your organization has already handed that contact data to a teammate. Once deletion is complete, your email address and agent number are no longer tied to a live MyVPF login — but we still hold them afterward the way described below.

What we keep

We keep an entry in our internal audit log recording that the account was deleted — including the name, email address, and agent number the account had — indefinitely, even though it’s no longer linked to a live account. We also keep billing rows for any month your agency was invoiced while you were active, which include your name; those are kept indefinitely too. Routine backups of our database may still hold a copy of your information for up to 3 years after deletion, before they age out on their normal schedule. Photos, files, and other media you uploaded — canvassing visit photos, business-card contact photos, and images or files you sent in team chat — are stored separately from the database and may remain in our file storage and backups after your account is deleted. Voice messages and video clips sent in team chat are the one exception: if your agency has turned on our media-expiry setting, those are deleted from storage automatically 14 days after they’re sent, whether or not your account is ever deleted. See our Privacy Policy for more on how we handle data.

You can also email us directly at support@myvpf.app. We respond to deletion requests within seven business days.
